Scott Overholser, DDS, is no stranger to team building. With nine years experience operating and managing a staff of seven in his private practice in Indianapolis, Dr. Scott Overholser knows how to motivate, mentor and coach personnel into a winning team.
Now an associate dentist at The Dental Salon (www.dentalsalon.com) in Chicago Illinois, Dr. Scott Overholser applies the same team building principles he used in private practice to do consultancy work for other dentists.
